Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: In-stock items are generally shipped the following day.
Pre-order items will be shipped sequentially from the estimated shipping date stated at the time of purchase. The schedule may vary depending on production status. If a delay occurs, we will keep you updated by email.
Q: Can I specify a delivery date?
A: Delivery dates cannot be specified. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. Please use the notice to arrange redelivery for a convenient date and time. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Q: When will pre-order items become available for regular purchase?
A: Once all pre-orders have been shipped, regular sales will begin only if stock remains.
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing a pre-order?
A: As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations due to customer circumstances. If the product has an initial defect, we will provide a replacement.

A: We use high-definition printing and conduct durability testing based on normal use, so fading and peeling are highly unlikely to occur within a short period of time. Please avoid excessive abrasion and harsh cleaning.
Q: Can it be washed?
A: For light dirt or stains, we recommend wiping the surface with a damp, well-wrung cloth.
To maintain the product’s performance, we do not recommend fully washing it or using a washing machine.
